eevolve code ("we," "us," or "our") provides web design, development, hosting, and related digital services for small businesses. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Communications

By providing your contact information, you may receive communications from us regarding your project, account, or our services via email, phone, or SMS. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from eevolve code, you consent to receive SMS messages related to our web design services, including but not limited to:

• Project updates and status notifications
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service-related announcements
• Responses to your inquiries

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your project status and interactions with us. We will not send more messages than reasonably necessary to support your project and communication needs.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. eevolve code is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from eevolve code. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communications (email, phone) or your service agreement with us.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from eevolve code. You may choose to receive project communications via email or phone instead.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (website design, code, and content created for your project). We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

eevolve code provides services "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
